I was honoured to be chosen to shoot this couple’s beautiful wedding, which was the first Muslim wedding I’d photographed.
The day included separate religious ceremonies for the bride and the groom, which took place at the same time but in different rooms. This was followed by a grand entrance for the bride down the historical venue’s stunning suspended wooden staircase as her new husband awaited her at the bottom accompanied by all their family and friends. It was a wonderful occasion.
Due to cultural and religious sensitivity I cannot show images of the faces of the bride and groom or guests at this gorgeous wedding.
The location, 300-year old Baroque mansion King’s Weston House in Bristol, is a stunning setting for a wedding.
